
Alexandra Morgan Carrasco (American professional soccer player) is an attacking player. She also serves as captain of San Diego Wave FC of National Women's Soccer League, the highest level of professional soccer for women. From 2018 to 2020, she co-captained the US women's national soccer team alongside Megan Rapinoe. After graduating in the early years of the University of California, Berkeley, where she played with the California Golden Bears, Morgan was selected as the top pick in the 2011 WPS Draft by the Western New York Flash. In the team, she made her debut in professional football and helped the team win the league championship. Morgan was just 22 at the time, was the youngest player in the national team at the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup, which the team finished second.
