Lofaso was able to enjoy the freedom to be creative that she wanted through the collaboration. Black Market is not constrained by a single direction, and that is the intention. She is still awe-inspiring on the screen as a CNBC judge, and as a recurring character on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso has teamed up in partnership with Penguin at the end of 2012 in order to launch The Busy Mum's Cookbook 100 recipes to prepare Delicious home-cooked Meals. The book tells her story about her struggles studying at the French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso says that her passion for cooking is the driving for her accomplishments. She stays at the forefront of her field through keeping a keen watch on fashion trends and trends. She is transforming the design by creating chef's wear to be functional and stylish, through her brand Chefletics. Lofaso is a firm believer that adhering to your vision is important. To achieve her goals, she launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. It gives customers the opportunity to experience the most personal experience.
